From theatre stage to music video screen
People often ask me where it all began. The honest answer: on a small theatre stage in 2015, with Noboshobdo Theatre, under the guidance of Abdul Khaleque. No cameras, no retakes — just a live audience and one chance to get it right.
Theatre gave me discipline. Dance at the Dhaka Lalitakala Academy gave me expression. Television taught me how cameras think. Each step added a new layer to the performer I am today.
Music videos brought all of it together. In one four-minute story, I get to use everything — the stillness of theatre, the movement of dance, and the honesty that a camera demands.
If you are a young performer reading this: don't rush the journey. Every stage, every rehearsal, every small role is building something in you that will show on screen one day.
